KP-6159E儀器適用于測試電線與平面成一定錐度旋轉(zhuǎn)的情況下的使用壽命，以及模擬被測試產(chǎn)品在一定負載及荷重條件下的使用壽命，本儀器內(nèi)置低壓大電流負載，可外置瞬斷儀測試產(chǎn)品的瞬斷現(xiàn)象。
技術(shù)參數(shù)：
1. 控制方式：伺服電機+PLC+觸摸屏。
2. 四組夾具工位：每組夾具獨立伺服控制。
3. 圓錐實驗角度：0-- 3600度（轉(zhuǎn)速5--- 60r/m任意設定時）任意設定。
如果實驗角度低于360度時最大轉(zhuǎn)速的設定需帶入如下公式：
進行驗證，滿足條件才可以進行測試，如果設置錯誤導致無法啟動，請關(guān)機30秒后再開機重新設置測試參數(shù)。
注：X為設定角度，R為設定轉(zhuǎn)速
4. 轉(zhuǎn)速設定：5~60 r/m任意設定（測試角度低于360度時需滿足3.4項的條件）。
5. 測試次數(shù)：0~999999（各工位獨立預置）。
6. 試驗角度調(diào)整：45°或自然垂直(水平)測試兩種可調(diào)整（通過機械結(jié)構(gòu)手動轉(zhuǎn)換）
7. 四工位可以同時啟動，也可以單獨啟動。
8. 各工位負載測試時獨立輸出可調(diào)電壓5---20V及負載電流0.5--20A任意設定。
9. 測試模式：負載、空載、瞬斷任意設定（各工位獨立設定）。
10. 本機具備外接瞬斷儀NM-11B的瞬斷信號停機功能。（瞬斷儀由客戶提供）

Test angle adjustment:45° or natural vertical(horizontal)test can be adjusted(manually by mechanical structure).
Four stations can be started at the same time, or they can be started separately.
When the load test of each station is carried out, the adjustable voltage of 5 ≤ 20V and the load current of 0.5 ≤ 20A are set at will.
Test mode: load, no load, instantaneous break arbitrary setting (independent setting of each station).
This machine has the instantaneous signal stop function of the external instantaneous interrupter NM-11B. (transient instrument provided by customer)
