儀器說明:
本儀器依據(jù)APPLE的DC線測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)080-1276-K中第7.8章要求設(shè)計(jì)加工,主要用于檢測(cè)DC電線的抗夾擠破壞能力。模擬電線在受到抽屜、門或桌子等一些尖銳物體夾擠后的破壞情形。
主要技術(shù)參數(shù):
1. 跌落高度:0-200mm可調(diào),同時(shí)系統(tǒng)可選定90mm作為該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的固定跌落高度,以方便操作(電線上表面距離沖擊表面,可根據(jù)電線需求改變)
2. 擠壓元件表面與樣品固定端表面平行距離:1-10MM 可調(diào),出廠默認(rèn)平行距離為2MM(該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求)。
3. 擠壓元件重量(包含擠壓塊和附加砝碼重量):770g
4. 擠壓元件材料:SKD11磨具鋼
5 擠壓元件倒角:0.1MM。
Instrument Description:
The instrument is designed and processed in accordance with Chapter 7.8 of DC line test standard 0801276K of APPLE, which is mainly used to detect the anti-pinch breaking ability of DC wires. Simulate the damage of a wire after being pinched by sharp objects such as drawers, doors, or tables.
Main technical parameters:
Drop height: 0-200mm adjustable, and the system can select 90mm as the standard fixed drop height for easy operation (wire upper surface distance from impact surface, can be changed according to wire demand)
Parallel distance between extrusion element surface and sample fixed end surface: 1-10MM adjustable, factory default parallel distance is 2MM (required by this standard)
