Decision:

a) No.

Live loudspeaker terminals shall not be accessible.

b) Yes.

Provision of a cover to be user-installed over the live speaker terminals after connection of speaker wiring is an acceptable method of making the terminals inaccessible.

In addition there shall be the appropriate information in the users manual

c) No.

If a cover is installed over speaker terminals to make them inaccessible, it shall not be removable by hand.

Rationale: The user may walk behind the speaker to access the rear panel.
