Subject: Creepage distance less than X

Question:
A PCB sample is tested according to sub-clause 6.2 of IEC 60664-1:2007. How to measure creepage distances when the path is split by floating conductive parts when d < X and D ≥ X?
NOTE: d < X, D ≥ X, C is conductive floating part

Different interpretations of total creepage distance are as follows:
Opinion 1: The creepage distance is measured as shown in IEC 60664-1:2007 example 11. Creepage distance is the distance = d + D.
Opinion 2: Since the d is less than X, the d is considered as zero.Creepage distance is the distance = D.
Which opinion is correct?
Decision:
Opinion 1 is correct. Creepage distance is the distance = d + D.
問題:
依據(jù)IEC 60664-1:2007第6.2條款測量PCB樣品左右方塊間爬電距離(見圖)時(shí),當(dāng)d<X同時(shí)D≥X,且左右方塊之間的路徑被導(dǎo)電浮動部件C分隔,該如何測量?
目前有兩種觀點(diǎn):
1、按IEC 60664-1:2007示例11所示,爬電距離為d+D
2、因?yàn)閐<X可以被視為0,爬電距離為D
請問,哪種觀點(diǎn)是正確的?
決定:
觀點(diǎn)1正確,爬電距離為d+D
決議提示:
TC109支持觀點(diǎn)1,并在下一版IEC 60664-1中會新修訂一條規(guī)則:
如果槽寬度小于X,則爬電距離直接跨過槽測量,且不考慮槽的輪廓
現(xiàn)行版本(IEC 60664-1:2007)的規(guī)則是:所考慮的路線包括寬度小于Xmm而深度為任意的平行邊或收斂形邊的槽,則直接跨過槽測量(虛線為電氣間隙路徑,實(shí)線為爬電距離路徑,見下圖)

PDSH2160號決議是今年新提出的暫行決議,等大會表決通過后才正式批準(zhǔn)。本決議主要內(nèi)容是爬電距離被導(dǎo)電浮動導(dǎo)體分隔,分隔段若有d<X也不將d視為0
